As a Therapy Assistant, you’ll support participants in building independence, confidence, and daily living skills by assisting with therapy-based activities under the guidance of allied health professionals.
You’ll work closely with participants to encourage progress, wellbeing, and community participation in a supportive and person-centred environment.
Requirements:
- Background in disability, community, or allied health support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow therapy support plans and instructions
- Relevant qualification or willingness to learn
